Wedding and Event Specialist
A graduate of Johnson & Wales, Amanda is dedicated to creating the most incredible and memorable experiences for couples, families, and wedding guests at Madison Beach Hotel. Her extensive background in wedding sales results in many happy couples throughout the region. Be they engagement celebrations, beachfront nuptials, or honeymoon stays at the hotel, Amanda approaches every event with creativity and enthusiasm.
Nicole is the conductor of events at Madison Beach Hotel – she coordinates with her team to seamlessly orchestrate the special events hosted at the hotel including meetings, private dinners, galas, wedding receptions and more! Recently married herself, Nicole’s favorite part of the wedding day is the “first look” when our couples see each for the first time as they begin their photography session prior to the ceremony. Nicole lives in Guilford with her husband.
Classically trained at the Notre Dame Culinary School in Jerusalem and the Cordon Bleu in France, Mo Jalil has been honing his craft for nearly forty years. His creative fusion of international cuisines is the result of a career that spans Asian, Europe, Africa and the United States. From the Five-Star American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem, to the Maxwell House in New York, to the Connecticut Shoreline, Mo has worked and trained with the best. Before joining the Madison Beach Hotel as Banquet Chef, he served as Executive Production Chef for Connecticut’s leading catering company. Mo’s cuisine is recognized not only for flavor, but also for creative presentation.
