As Madison Beach Hotel’s wedding and event specialist, Traci has been working with Connecticut brides and grooms for more than a decade.  Her favorite way to make our wedding couples feel special and welcome is to learn about their story, how they met and about their engagement, and then create a friendship through the planning process. Traci says, the best part of her job is connecting with new couples and groups, and bringing their wedding and event visions to life! Traci is looking forward to meeting you and working with you to design your fabulous wedding day!  A graduate of Johnson & Wales, Pessina earned her Bachelor of Science in Event Management; Pessina resides in Middlefield, Conn., with her dog, Reddington.

Nicole Leckey

Nicole is the conductor of events at Madison Beach Hotel – she coordinates with her team to seamlessly orchestrate the special events hosted at the hotel including meetings, private dinners, galas, wedding receptions and more! Recently married herself, Nicole’s favorite part of the wedding day is the “first look” when our couples see each for the first time as they begin their photography session prior to the ceremony. Nicole lives in Guilford with her husband.

Classically trained at the Notre Dame Culinary School in Jerusalem and the Cordon Bleu in France, Mo Jalil has been honing his craft for nearly forty years.  His creative fusion of international cuisines is the result of a career that spans Asian, Europe, Africa and the United States.  From the Five-Star American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem, to the Maxwell House in New York, to the Connecticut Shoreline, Mo has worked and trained with the best.  Before joining the Madison Beach Hotel as Banquet Chef, he served as Executive Production Chef for Connecticut’s leading catering company.  Mo’s cuisine is recognized not only for flavor, but also for creative presentation.
